The air conditioning worked effectively and the bathroom tiles were appealing. The balcony offered a nice spot with two wingback chairs and a functioning door to block out street noise.
despite reserving a Deluxe Double Room with a balcony in advance, I received a smaller room with considerable cleanliness issues including mold and a broken sink. The room's walls had noticeable water damage, and conditions like a clogged toilet and insufficient hot water further hampered the experience. Additionally, the elevator was not immediately apparent, resulting in lugging my bags up five flights of stairs.

The location impressed me right away, just a short stroll to Hoan Kiem Lake. Getting a SIM card from Sun was super convenient. Breakfast choices were delightful, especially the traditional Pho that had the authentic taste. My room had a lovely balcony view where I could relax and watch the bustling street below. Housekeeping did a great job keeping things tidy. The air conditioning worked well, which was a must after exploring the hot city. However, the room felt a bit cramped without many places to hang my belongings. The soundproofing could use improvement. I heard a few noisy guests at night. Still, the staff made up for it with their warmth and helpfulness, making my stay more enjoyable overall.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre and visited the Hanoi Opera House. The staff were super helpful, and it was easy to book tours through the reception. Breakfast had plenty of options, and the location was perfect—close to everything you want to see.
The air conditioning in our room wasn't working too well, and it seemed outdated. But they did help clean it up a bit, which was nice.

The hotel is perfectly located in the Old Quarter, where delightful vegetarian and vegan restaurants are just around the corner. The breakfast options catered perfectly to my dietary needs, featuring a variety of fruits and plant-based dishes. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to help make our stay comfortable.
The air conditioning in our room was a bit inefficient, making it warm during the night.

I stayed in the Deluxe Quadruple Room, and it was decent. The room was clean and had a nice size for a family, but the mattress could've used more comfort. The shower worked well, and it felt homely with little extras like complimentary water. Location was a bonus, super close to attractions! But I wish the bed was softer for a better night's sleep.

I really enjoyed lounging by the pool and the breakfast spread had some delicious options like fresh fruit and noodles. The massage services were a fabulous way to relax after a long day exploring, making it even better. Just a heads up, there were a couple of mix-ups with my reservation that took a bit to sort out, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊

Centrally located with fantastic service!
The hotel's location is fantastic, allowing easy access to the heart of Hanoi. I was impressed by the attentive staff who went above and beyond, like arranging tours and fresh breakfast for our early departure. The room was spacious with a beautiful balcony view, making our stay quite memorable. However, the breakfast options could have been a bit more varied.
